Pursuant to diocesan policy, all complaints of sexual abuse involving priests, religious, employees and volunteers serving the Diocese will be investigated by the diocesan Sexual Ethics Investigation Team. All information will be treated with confidentiality. All alleged victims are advised of their right to report the alleged abuse to public authorities.

Complaint Forms are available to Parishioners: In conformance with the USCCB Charter and Norms, complaint forms relating to the abuse of children by church ministers or volunteers are available at all times in the parish business office. As the instructions on the form indicate, all information is handled in complete confidence with the diocesan representatives.
