As you are requesting information about a matter that could be considered confidential, we must indicate to you that the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings has a policy that any such request for information be made in writing and sent through the U.S. mail. In that request, the complete name of the person requesting information, address, phone number, the reason for the request and your interest in the matter is also to be provided. For obvious reasons, e-mails requesting information on a great number of matters throughout the Diocese must be responded to in a manner that provides some confidentiality to all parties concerned.

Sacred Heart Parish has sacramental records dating back to 1880, and include registers of Baptism, First Eucharist, Confirmation, Marriage, and Death. The sacramental records for St. David, Broadus, are also available.

All requests, including requests for family genealogical information, are handled as promptly as staffing and time allows. There is no charge for this information, but a donation is always welcome.
